What woods are used on the recliner arms?
We only use American hardwoods. The wood is specifically chosen to fit each collection.
We use Cherry, Quartersawn Red oak and Pacific Coast Maple
What is the seat cushion?
We use High Resiliency 2.0 foam with medium firmness wrapped in Dacron all enclosed in a tailored envelope
Where is the recliner mechanism made?
All our mechanisms are crafted in the United States of only the highest quality Steel
Will my furniture look just like the picture?
Each Bad Ass Recliner piece is unique with no 2 pieces looking exactly the same.
What is the difference between threshold and white glove delivery?
We offer two methods of Shipping; Threshold shipping is a curbside delivery with liftgate service provided, on larger pieces assistants is recommended to move your furniture inside the house. Depending on the driver they may or may not help you bring your furniture to a dry area, such as a garage or lobby.
Premium White Glove; White Glove service includes a Delivery appointment, Un-Crating, Inspection, In Home Delivery, Placement in room of choice, Set-Up, removal and disposal of packaging materials. Inspection; In the very rare case if upon delivery you see visible damage to Furniture do not Sign any Documentation or take DELIVERY of your furniture. Our shipping partner will return the damaged piece for repair or replacement.
What is the lead time?
Our lead time is 4-6 weeks as every piece is custom and built just for you.
