The Family
Julian "Vic" Vecchione comes home from World War II and takes over a small Los Angeles furniture shop. Solid wood, joined and finished by hand, built to last generations. The standard gets set.

Vic's son Ted joins the business, learning the trade at his father's side. The industry starts chasing cheap and disposable. The Vecchiones don't.
The Family
Vic's grandson Greg runs the family workshop, Trend Manor, in City of Industry, California - same benches, same standard, same last name on the door. But Greg saw a new vision - one so different that it needed its own separate business.
A Badass Idea
During a global shortage of timber supply, Greg was forced to think outside the box. The family business has made premium recliners for decades. But what would they do now?
Then one day he saw a barrel. Full of character, and a life spent refining whiskey. But most of all, made from solid oak and still as strong as ever.
So Greg spent the next 5 years developing the Badass recliner. 23 different attempts at just the foam, and many more prototypes before he was finally satisfied that it was perfect. And finally, it went live at the end of 2024.

Hand-Sanded. Hand-Welded. Hand-Stitched.
Every chair is built to order, one at a time, by hand. Warranted for an industry-first 50 years because we don't hide behind vague 'lifetime' warranties - we put an actual lifetime number on it.
